Application of the general terms and conditions of sale
These general terms and conditions of sale apply to all our sales. The fact of ordering us implies, on the part of the customer, the full and unqualified adherence to our general terms and conditions of sale.
Hotel terms and conditions
Check-in: from 14:00 hours
Check-out: up to 11:30 hours
Reservation
Bookings are confirmed by mail by our reservation service. The debit of the deposit made by our reservation service only after insurance of the availability of the room.
Any cancellation request will be made under the conditions described in the cancellation policy.
Children and extra beds
All children under 10 years stay free of charge when using the bedding available in the parents ‘ room (only out of season).
All children under 2 years stay free of charge in the use of cots.
The maximum number of extra beds or baby in the room equals 1.
Rollaway beds and baby cots are only available upon request; only the hotel can confirm them.
Cancellation
In case of cancellation, the management of the hotel Le Strasbourg * * * in Montpellier reserves the right to charge:
Any cancellation even partial must be expressed in writing. No cancellation of stay will be taken into account by phone call.
For any cancellation intervening for individual bookings
-At more than 48h free of charge
-Less than 48 hours before the arrival date: the total amount of the stay will be charged as cancellation fee.
For any cancellation intervening for Group bookings
-Less than 72h before the arrival date: the total amount of the stay will be charged as cancellation fee.
-Between 4 and 15 days before the date of arrival possibility to cancel 25 of the rooms reserved free of charge. If more than 25 cancellation 50 of the stay will be retained as cancellation fee.
-More than 15 days before arrival possibility to cancel 50 rooms reserved free of charge. If more than 50 cancellation 25 of the stay will be retained as cancellation fee.
-More than 31 days no cancellation fee will be applied.
In case of no-show, the total amount of the stay will be charged as cancellation.
Price
Rates are displayed on the fare and booking tab.
Supplements do not automatically appear in the total amount of the reservation; they must be paid separately from the hotel.

Pursuant to the data protection act of 6 January 1978, the customer has the right to access and rectify the information concerning him and kept by the merchant.
